• Create Engaging Environments: Create a dynamic, child-led learning space and curriculum that is directly inspired by each child's interests, needs, and bright ideas.
• Be an Advocate: Champion the well-being and development of every child and build genuine, regular partnerships with their families.
• Master the Framework: Apply your comprehensive knowledge to design high-quality educational programs based on the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLF).

✅ The Essentials

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher ACECQA approved qualification).
• Current Provisional or Full Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration (VIT).
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations Certificate.
• Clear National or International Police Check.
